Did You Know that Not All Physical Therapy is the Same?

Here’s what sets us apart:

  • Mohamed Sanad, PT has been caring for patients since 1992.
  • He’s been serving the Hinsdale community since 2007.
  • He’s passionate about treating headaches, dizziness, & spine conditions.

Services We Provide

Patient Success Stories
  • After a few weeks I experienced less and less tension headaches and over five months I only had to use my migraine medicines twice! Now I know how to use my exercises to get myself out of pain and eliminate the headaches from increasing to migraines.

    Julie B.
  • I often awoke feeling dizzy as though the room was spinning, while still in bed, as well. The incidents became debilitating enough that I spent hours in bed unable to function on the simplest task. Four months ago I found true help and understanding from Mohamed and his wonderful team.

    Maureen W.
  • Mohamed would regularly do his magic therapy and make the headaches disappear. He taught me his techniques and had me practice them. Bottom line, I no longer need to take pain relievers thanks to Mohamed.

    • Introduce Movement

Pain-free passive, manual therapy, active range of motion, and cardiorespiratory exercises, are indicated here. Education about pain and a positive attitude may help.

    • physical therapy Hindsdale IL
    • Strengthening

Progressive loading of healing soft tissues, the reintroduction of low-stress neuromuscular reeducation, balance training, and basic functional activities are part of this rehabilitation phase.

    • physical therapy Hindsdale IL
    • Functional Retraining

Progressing strengthening exercises, improving flexibility, and advanced balance exercises are part of phase 4. Resuming functional movement (e.g. sports movements) occurs in this phase.

    • Recovery & Prevention

Functional movements are progressed, a controlled re-introduction to sports or challenging environments is initiated. Continued strengthening, flexibility, balance, endurance, and goal-specific training occurs during this phase. Education and future injury prevention are discussed.
